Ghaytul Quloob, the second level of our Tajweed curriculum, is designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of the rules of Tajweed and enhance their recitation of the Qur'an. In this course, students will learn advanced principles of Tajweed that cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of Qur'anic recitation.
The course will explore in-depth topics such as the biography of Imaam Aasim and Hafs, the seven dialects of the Qur'an, and the foundational principles of Qiraat. Students will also gain mastery over the various rules and techniques of correct recitation, with special attention given to Makharijul Huroof (places of articulation) and Sifaat ul Huroof (qualities of letters).

This is an advanced Tajweed course for those who have in depth knowledge of the Tajweed rules. This course concludes all the Usool of Imam Hafs an Asim and includes a special course in the Riwayah of Imam Shu’bah an Asim for those who are interested in completing the Qira’ah of Asim.

Course Description:
This intensive 2-day workshop is designed for advanced Tajweed students and Qiraa’ah learners who wish to refine their understanding and application of Tafkheem (heaviness) and Tarqeeq (lightness) in Quranic recitation.
Using the classical poem Ash-Shatibiyyah as the foundation, the course explores the detailed rulings and subtle nuances of articulation, especially in the context of Qiraa'ah Warsh. Students will also benefit from insights drawn from Jazariyyah and Sabeel ash-Shāfiʿī, ensuring a well-rounded and scholarly approach to this vital science.
